We are a registered investment advisory firm managing the Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Fund I and Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Fund II, LP. Collectively, these funds represent a capital commitment of $300m. These funds have been making investments in companies since 2008.We have made 24 investments since inception with a focus on supply chain related industries, but also including consumer packaged goods, staffing, specialty foods, construction equipment rental and composite materials. Our investment approach is to find undervalued companies that are in need of business support in either financing, operations, business development or leadership to their objectives.

Saybrook Infrastructure

Saybrook Infrastructure focuses on investments in Port related supply chain industries that typically include an element of real estate development and installation of infrastructure to improve the flow of goods across the supply chain.  We look for unique opportunities in Port facilities, with the definition of Port including any aggregation point for the transportation of goods either through shipping lines, air carriers (so airports), rail companies and transload facilities.

We seek out opportunities by applying our collective 60 years of experience in good movement across the supply chain, opportunities that only we can see. This allows us to enter into discussion and craft the opportunity outside of a typical bidding process and results in outsized returns.

Saybrook Technology

Saybrook Technology seeks out opportunities within the supply chain for the application of technology that directly impacts the efficiency of that aspect of supply chain being targeted. In other words, apply technology to legacy systems and process to improve the outcome. Typically, that technology provides data and information for more efficient management of the legacy process.

Our two platforms, Warehouse Exchange and Share House are the first truly automated warehousing marketplace connecting buyers and sellers directly in real time. With ShareHouse, clients dictate the footprint they need and we deploy our 100% modular partition strategy to build their space within a day and let them move in with ease

Saybrook Finance

Through our Saybrook Finance arm, we provide advisor services to clients either for an examination of the best capital structure for a business and assisting clients in raising funds to support that business. We also provide restructuring services including bankruptcy, helping to preserve investors capital and move the related business forward with a more successful structure.

 Examples of past engagements include the restructuring of United Airlines in 20xx and the restructuring of Pacific Gas in 20xx.
